Replacement Policy

At Sareen Sports, customer satisfaction and product quality are our priority. Replacement requests are accepted only for genuine manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect products received.

• Claims must be reported immediately along with invoice and product images/videos.
• All products undergo inspection by the SS Quality Team before approval.
• Damage caused due to misuse, improper knocking, mishandling, normal wear & tear, or external impact is not covered under replacement.
• Approved cases may be repaired or replaced based on product availability.
• Refunds are not applicable unless approved under applicable replacement or cancellation conditions
